Refund policy

At CubingLab, we are committed to making sure you enjoy every part of your experience with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging where applicable.

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by mishandling may not be accepted.

To start a return, please contact us at info@cubinglab.com with your order number and details. We will guide you through the return process.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

  • If an order/product is sent back to us for a return and refund without our previus confirmation your refund will be refused.

Exceptions

Some items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or modified products, such as custom cubes or limited edition modifications.

  • Items that are no longer in resellable condition.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, these exceptions do not apply. Please see the section below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cubinglab.com

We will offer:

  • A replacement of the damaged or defective product, or

  • A full refund, including original shipping costs if applicable.

Please provide clear photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive confirmation once your refund is issued. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
