How long does shipping take and cost?

Shipping times can vary depending on the shipping destination, but usually range from 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping has a flat fee of 4.95€ on all purchases under 60€, and FREE on all purchases over 60€

Are your cubes original and from trusted brands?

Yes! All our products are 100% authentic, sourced from reputable brands like MoYu, QiYi, GAN, SengSo, and more. We never sell knock-offs or imitations.

What is the best cube for beginners?

We offer a range of beginner-friendly puzzles. A great place to start is our Starter Bundle, or any 3x3 budget cube from QiYi, MoYu, or SengSo.

Do the cubes come pre-lubed or adjusted?

Most cubes come factory-lubed and ready to use, but tension and feel may vary. Some models include tools or accessories for further adjustment to suit your preference.

Are your cubes good for speedcubing?

Definitely! Many of our cubes are magnetic and built for performance, with options from entry-level to advanced speedcubes. Check our Speedcube Bundle or look for models with “M” in the name, that means magnetic!

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product?

Absolutely! If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Check the Return and refund policy for details.

What happens if a product arrives damaged or broken?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cubinglab.com.

We will offer a replacement of the damaged or defective product, or a full refund, including original shipping costs if applicable. Check the Return and refund policy for details.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
